I grew up with all the Bordens. I was at their housee so much and with them, many people thought I was a Borden. Brenda, LuAnn and I were best friends. We had the best childhoods ever. We would go to the sand bed and slide down hill in the winter and swing on the tarzan rope in the summer. Go sown to the creek catch crabs and build dams and sometimes even fall in. Or go to Erie Street school for a bike and running races. We would go to the Oswego Speedway in our 40 shirts and pink sneakers. We would take 15 blankets to save seats for all the 40 gang, Jimmy Ferlito would do the count down 1,2,3 and we3 would all yell YEA NORM! Then once a year in August the Mackereths would take us back to Toronto with them for a week to go to the Exhibition and that was the highlight of our year. We thought that was the best thing ever. I have so many more great memories of us all growing up together I could write a book. Brenda, LuAnn, Tom, Rusty , Donnie, Mike and Gary Norman will always be in my heart forever and ever amen.
