Obituary of William Sullivan
William “Bill” Joseph Sullivan, 78, of Fulton, passed away Saturday, January 16, 2021 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse with his family by his side. He was born June 21, 1942 in Fulton to James and Martha Sullivan. Bill was employed as a laborer and snow plow driver with the City of Fulton Public Works Department for several years until his retirement. He was a social member of the V.F.W. Fulton Post #569 and in his free time, Bill enjoyed watching NASCAR and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his children, Brian Sullivan, Melody (Scott) Birmingham and Sheryl Hammond all of Fulton; his grandchildren, Georgianna (Morrison) Procopio, Shawn Smith, Michelle Francisco and Rusty Gates; his great grandchildren, Jasmine, Abigail, Alicia, Gisella, Sophia, Cecelia, Thalia, Azalea, Athena, Michael, Fred and Jayda. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Sharon Sullivan.
