Obituary of Albert L. Emmons

Albert “Al” L. Emmons, 81, of Hannibal passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2024. He was born August 30, 1942 in Fulton to Myrle “Mike” and Bessie Mae Emmons. Al retired as a construction laborer and in his free time he enjoyed hunting. He was a member of the B.P.O.E. #830, Fulton and the Sons of the American Legion in Hannibal. Al is survived by his wife of 63 years, Janet See Emmons; his children, Denise (DJ) MacFarland, Mark (Missy Hobby) Emmons and Carl (Kathy) Emmons Sr. all of Hannibal; seven grandchildren, Jessica Wright, Donny MacFarland Jr., Jenna Smith, Carl Emmons Jr., Christopher Emmons, Jennifer Malone and Cory Emmons; 16 great grandchildren and one great, great grandson. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, Faye, Gary, and Dale Emmons. Calling hours and services are private.
