Dear Devina, Mary Grace and David,
I first met Joe in 1996 at the OTS in Houston, we spend some time getting to know each other, I liked Joe right away, entertaining, an excellent conversationist and a great singer. He was responsible for bring me over to Asia in 1997, I am so very grateful to Joe for that. We worked together for a couple of years in Singapore, where I got to know Joe and Devina better, it was there that I heard Joe sing like Frank and Tony. Eventually we went our separte ways. Recently I was able to reconnect with Joe and Devina (via his good friend Richard Ironside), over 23 years later, we spoke via WhatsApp video chat, it was so very nice to see and chat with Joe. Shortly after this Joe become ill.
Our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Hoping that the support of loved ones brings you comfort during this sad time.
