Obituary of Jeremy Pitcher
Jeremy Pitcher, 52, of Fulton, passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2023 with his family by his side. He was born April 4, 1970 in Oswego to Gerald and Brenda Pitcher and was a graduate of G. Ray Bodley High School, Fulton, New York in 1988. Jeremy continued his education at S.U.N.Y. Morrisville where he earned an Associate’s degree in Journalism and a Bachelor’s degree in American History from S.U.N.Y. Oswego. Jeremy had been employed with the Oswego County Highway Department and most recently as a Facilities Technician at Oswego County Opportunities in Fulton. Jeremy had a passion for racing and drove car #14 on dirt and asphalt from 1996 to 2015. He was an avid golfer and traveled to golf courses out of the area and made many new friends. He enjoyed coaching and refereeing youth sports and men’s basketball leagues.
Jeremy is survived by his wife of 12 years, Heather; his daughter, Gilly Aubeuf of Fulton; his son, Logan Aubeuf of Fulton; his brothers, Shannon (Deneen) Pitcher of Fulton and Shane Pitcher of Hannibal; his step-father, Barry Bailey of Fulton; his two nieces, Falyn and Rhyan Pitcher and by his sister-in-law, Jennifer Pitcher. Jeremy was predeceased by his father, Gerald Pitcher and by his mother, Brenda Cummins Bailey.
Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at Brown Funeral Home, 21 Flood Drive in Fulton.
